Theatre, village hall and pub performances
We now have 20 performances lined up for the one man shows Fearless Navigator and Mad Jack and the Severn Bore. Dates are as follows:
May 14th 7.30p.m. - Double bill of Fearless Navigator and Mad Jack and the Severn Bore at Randwick Village Hall
May 21st 8.00p.m. - Mad Jack and the Severn Bore at the New Inn, Gloucester
(Profits from this performance go to Help for Heroes)
June 15th 8.00p.m. - Mad Jack and the Severn Bore at the Sub Rooms Cafe, Stroud
June 24th 7.45p.m. - Mad Jack and the Severn Bore at the Queens Theatre, Barnstaple, Devon - as part of North Devon Theatre Fest
June 25th 1.30p.m. and 6.45p.m. - Mad Jack and the Severn Bore at the Queens Theatre, Barnstaple, Devon - as part of North Devon Theatre Fest
June 27th - 29th - Performances of Fearless Navigator and Mad Jack and the Severn Bore at Exeter theatre festival. (Times to be confirmed)
July 9th 7.30p.m. - Double bill of Fearless Navigator and Mad Jack and the Severn Bore Bishops Cleeve Tithe Barn
August 10th 7.30p.m. - Fearless Navigator at the Museum in the Park, Stroud
August 19th 7.00p.m. - Fearless Navigator at the Waterways Museum, Gloucester - Special performance with light supper to celebrate Howard Blackburn's journey on the day that he arrived.
October 7th 7.30p.m. - Double bill of Fearless Navigator and Mad Jack and the Severn Bore at Kingshill House, Dursley
November 26th 8.00p.m. - Double bill of Fearless Navigator and Mad Jack and the Severn Bore at Market Theatre, Ledbury
But we have room for more and will be searching out venues in Cheltenham, Tewkesbury and along the Severn . If anyone knows of, runs or can recommend a good venue please get in touch.
The stories of Howard Blackburn and Jack Churchill are inspirational, uplifting and dramatic and we want to reach as wide an audience as possible.
